Working with developers Cabot, Cabot & Forbes, we brought a new urban community to life — one that offered audiences a brighter lifestyle proposition. Featuring sun-dappled green spaces and meticulously transformed landmark architecture, we positioned the collection of residences as a hilltop destination, a home beyond the four walls of towering downtown apartments, offering space for the maturing lifestyle of the post-graduate city lover.
To find relevance with culturally diverse audiences and neighborhood advocates alike, we developed the brand name to balance aspirational vision and historic past, setting the foundation for the compelling story of uniqueness, transformation, and meticulous detail that we would unfold across The Overlook at Saint Gabriel’s brand.
Our visual identity borrowed inspiration from the stunning linework of the property’s reclaimed stained glass and the colorful light that filters through them. The “O” in the primary wordmark is an activated design element, holding storytelling and signage elements to celebrate the many facets of the community in an inclusive nature.
Our photo and video team documented the entire project from construction to daily residential life providing ample content for social media, short films, and various printed materials.
Today, The Overlook at St. Gabriel’s is a multi-faceted community with a unique sense of place. Our strategic foundation has laid the groundwork for further development on the property and created a brand that stands for elevated experiences at every turn, in Boston and beyond.
