Senior Designer / Full-Time

The Role

As an experienced and versatile creative, you will be a pivotal contributor to design executions for global clients, household brands, and industry challengers. By leveraging your sharp strategic insight, remarkable creativity, and exceptional craftsmanship you will steer initiatives and drive results for our clients and our agency. You will be relied upon to apply brand thinking to various design challenges and demonstrate creative leadership through mastery of your field, attention to detail, and a solutions-focused approach.

What you'll do

  • Apply your strategic understanding, design thinking, and brand expertise to deliver high-caliber solutions from concept through deployment and ship our best work across identity, graphic, interactive, environmental, media, and retail challenges

  • Set the benchmarks for our creative outputs and continually seek to advance our work to new heights

  • Balance multiple concurrent work streams of varying scope, duration, and complexity

  • Work collaboratively with a cross-discipline team by providing constructive feedback and direction while creating opportunities to leverage the diverse capabilities of in-house illustration, 3D, and media teams

  • Play an active role in the development of the creative team by providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff and assessing the qualifications of candidates

  • Oversee the delegation of work to junior staff and establish the processes to maintain accountability

  • Lead the exploration into new tools, processes, and visual ways to execute ideas and deliver forward-thinking work

  • Own design decisions and convincingly present ideas and creative work to stakeholders

  • Bring a strong point of view to our work and culture, help shape our creative practices and foster a best-in-class creative environment

  • Be an advocate of design and design thinking to our clients and across our teams

What you'll bring

  • 4+ years of experience in a creative agency or similar environment

  • A demonstrable understanding of brand and brand identity and experience working with a team to develop and craft real brand experiences

  • A proactive and collaborative approach with the self-drive to autonomously grow your skill set and contributions

  • Ability to work onsite in our Boston office
